  • In 01 Room, only 03 Person can be accommodated (Extra Person with Extra mattress). In case of Family of 01 Couple + 02 Kids, then we can accommodate 01 Child with Extra Mattress (5years to above 12 years) and 01 Child without Extra Mattress (5yrs to below 12 years).
  • Room rate mentioned are in CP plan (Room with breakfast) & Taxes are subject to change as per the government policies.
  • Adult Mattress will cost ₹ 1071 + 12% GST = ₹ 1200/- (Per Person, Per Night)
  • Child with Mattress will cost ₹ 1071 + 12% GST = ₹ 1200/- (Per Child, Per Night)
  • Child without Mattress will cost ₹ 714 + 12% = ₹ 800/- (Per Child, Per Night)
  • Check-In-Time: 12:00 PM.

  • Late Check-out is available on request and subject to availability on extra Cost of ₹ 1500 for 2 hours only.

      • 2500/- (Inclusive of GST) per person would be applicable on 31st December New Year Gala Dinner and should be collected by agent directly at the time of room booking and it is Mandatory.
      • 1250/- (Inclusive of GST) per child (between 5 years to 10 years) would be applicable on 31st December New Year Gala Dinner and should be collected by agent directly at the time of room booking and it is Mandatory.
      • 2500/- (Inclusive of GST) per Child (above 10 years) would be applicable on 31st December New Year Gala Dinner and should be collected by agent directly at the time of room booking and it is Mandatory.

      Child below 5 years will be on complimentary basis.

  • We also have packages that can be customized as per your specifications, duration of travel and places of interest.
  • We have special packages for corporate, MICE, educational groups, Off site Conference.
  • A Deposit of the full amount is required to confirm the reservation.
  • Cancellation Received on or before 30 days, the full room Cost will be refunded with a 5% Processing Fee.
  • 50% refund for cancellation received 20 days in advance or more.
  • No refund for cancellation received less than 20 days in advance.
  • No refunds for unused nights or early check out, due to change in schedule of flight/ferry, due to technical/weather & Sea conditions.
  • No Refund will be given whatsoever for No – show due to cancellation of flight/ferry, due to technical/weather & Sea conditions or any emergency.
  • No refunds for booking made from 20 Dec to 15 Jan.
  • No Refunds for unused nights or early check -out
  • The Hotel is not responsible for room cancellation of reservations due to climatic changes.
  • 18% taxes are applicable on the Additional services
  • Booking confirmed on special rate (i.e., apart from regular tariffs) will be considered as a non-refundable booking.

 

With the risks associated with COVID 19, and in accordance with World Health Organization and Ministry of Tourism guidelines, we have implemented a number of additional measures in our hotels.

  • We request for an original government proof of identity at the time of CHECK -IN. This could be a Passport/ Driving License / Voter / Aadhaar Card and for foreign nationals and non-resident of India will have to carry valid VISA and Passport. Immigration at the airport and RAP (Restricted Area Permit) is mandatory to enter in the Island.
  • PAN card will not be accepted for check in. Therefore, request to inform all the participants to carry above mentioned photo identity proof only.
  • Please share your GSTIN number with scan copy of the company pan card along with a copy of your letter head to avail tax input credit.
  • Details of the guest (travel history, medical condition etc.) along with ID and self-declaration form must be provided by the guest at the reception.
  • Thermal screening for each Guest and Staff members.
  • Arogya Setu App Compulsory for each and every Guest and Staff members.
  • Spitting at the hotel premises are strictly prohibited (If anybody found violation of this act will be fined ₹ 2000/-
  • Hand Sanitizers are placed at strategic locations from Hotel Lobby till restaurant and many other areas of the Premises.
  • Social distancing is maintained throughout the Hotel.
  • Guidelines of CPWD shall be followed which inter alia emphasizes that the temperature setting of all air conditioning devices should be in the range of 24° C to 30° C.
  • Temperature checks will be conducted every time a guest, team member or vendor enters the property. If the temperature be higher than 99 degrees, along with other symptoms, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing and shortness of breath, entry to the property will be denied and the guest will be provided with the details of the nearest hospital or health care facility
  • Lobby, restaurant and public areas are sanitized at regular intervals.
  • Restaurants and seating in the lobby have been reconfigured to ensure safe distances are maintained between guests.
  • No outside food and beverage are allowed anywhere inside the premises.
  • Guest washrooms are sanitized at regular intervals by Trained Staff members.
  • Trained Staff maintains Hygiene & Sanitation throughout the Hotel.
  • Staff members have been well trained to maintain safe distance from guests.
  • Staff members will restrict the formation of groups that break social distancing norms and the Guests are requested to cooperate with the team
  • Disposable Hand Gloves, Face Masks & Hair Nets are been used in each shift by all staff members.
  • All WHO & GOI recommended guidelines are being religiously followed at the Hotel.
  • Declaration for Protection of vulnerable Persons.
  • Persons above 65 years of age, persons with co-morbidities, pregnant women, and children below the age of 10 years are advised to stay at home, except for essential and health purposes.
  • Guests should be advised not to visit areas falling with in containment zone.

 

  • In case of a suspect or confirmed case in the premises:

Place the ill person in a room or area where they are isolated from others. Provide a mask/face cover till such time he/she is examined by a doctor. Immediately inform the nearest medical facility (hospital/clinic) or call the state or district helpline

A risk assessment will be undertaken by the designated public health authority (district RRT/treating physician) and accordingly further action be initiated regarding management of case, his/her contacts and need for disinfection.
