Payments & Cancellation Policy

  • A Deposit of the full amount is required to confirm the reservation.
  • Cancellation Received on or before 30 days, the full room Cost will be refunded with a 5% Processing Fee.
  • 50% refund for cancellation received 20 days in advance or more.
  • No refund for cancellation received less than 20 days in advance.
  • No refunds for unused nights or early check out, due to change in schedule of flight/ferry, due to technical/weather & Sea conditions.
  • No Refund will be given whatsoever for No – show due to cancellation of flight/ferry, due to technical/weather & Sea conditions or any emergency.
  • No refunds for booking made from 15 Dec to 15 Jan.
  • No Refunds for unused nights or early check -out
  • The Hotel is not responsible for room cancellation of reservations due to climatic changes.

Terms & Condition

  • A Deposit of the full amount is required to confirm the reservation.
  • We request for an original government proof of identity at the time of CHECK -IN. This could be a Passport/ Driving License / Voter / Aadhaar Card and for foreign nationals and non-resident of India will have to carry valid VISA and Passport. Immigration at the airport and RAP (Restricted Area Permit) is mandatory to enter in the Island.
  • PAN card will not be accepted for check in. Therefore, request to inform all the participants to carry above mentioned photo identity proof only.
  • Please share your GSTIN number with scan copy of the company pan card along with a copy of your letter head to avail tax input credit.
